Our Approach
Every Horse Trained Using Clinton Anderson's Method
The Method is a horse-training program built on respect, trust, consistency, and clear communication between horse and human. Through groundwork, body language, and pressure and release, horses learn to understand what you're asking. The result is a calm, confident, respectful horse that listens, responds, and is a pleasure to ride.
In simple terms: horses and humans learning to understand each other and work together as a team.

We'll give you our honest opinion on whether it's a good match. If it isn't, we'll say so and suggest what might fit better.
Visit and Ride
Come to the ranch, watch the horse work, and take a trial ride. Bring your family and your questions.
Take Your Horse Home
Once you're sure, pay in full and the horse is yours. We can deliver within about 8 hours of our ranch at $1.75 per mile.

Yes. We encourage it. Come to the ranch, watch the horse work, and take a trial ride. For safety, every rider signs our liability waiver before handling the horse. You’re welcome to print and sign it ahead of time to save time on the day.

Yes, and we always encourage one. Some of our horses already have x-rays and a lameness exam from our vet on file to help you decide sooner. If you’d like your own exam, we’re happy to help find a vet and get it scheduled. We can transport the horse to a vet in Prineville for $100 (additional fees outside Prineville). You arrange payment with the vet directly for the exam and any extra work you’d like done.

No. We don’t take deposits or hold horses. A horse is sold once it’s paid for in full, so if you’re serious about a horse, let us know quickly.

Yes. We can deliver your horse anywhere within about 8 hours of our ranch, at $1.75 per mile.
